You may see a mixture for the failure. Vote for the choice you hold most responsible.

Damn. I should have put Steve Nash on here.
I guess a person could place hiring Steve Nash in the hands of responsibility of the players, one of the players, or the Nets front office.Nash was an inexperienced coach hoping to achieve the same results other inexperienced coaches got when they first started with multiple All-Stars on the team, like Steve Kerr and Ty Lue
Could be wrong here, but from a distance it seems the Nets front office was not able to see the lack of compatibility there would be between Harden, KD and Irving. Especially Irving and Harden.
Huh? I expect the same issues....but somehow Irving and Luka is going to work?

Gotcha. To be honest with you, I just don't think Irving and Harden are winning players. Super-talented, but not the type of guys that can win in the playoffs.Sorry, meant that in general, not directed at you specifically...

Well, to be fair they spent a lot of time without his participation. And it still happened.I would never blame potato salad.
Indirectly, I hold Durant responsible. Without his participation, it doesn't happen.

I would blame Durant most of all. It was his idea to team up with the head case that is Irving. Second is the front office for agreeing to it and then adding Harden who is another guy who doesn't exactly lead to playoff wins
