Lakers were 40-1 to win the title, then down to 28-1 when considered the leader to get Kyrie, now back up to 40-1

Mavs went from 30-1 to 15-1

Nets went from 10-1 to win the title to 18-1

Nets odds probably should have gone up

Edit: by that, I mean "improved"

A little weird that the Lakers only got to 28, but the Mavs got to 15. Otherwise, makes sense I guess?

The Nets are not more likely to win the title now
Addition by subtraction. Unhappy McHeadcase is gone

You think they were actually more likely to win it with Kyrie? If anything, they had the same chance: Zero

Yes obviously. They were playing well until he wanted out. The oddsmakers agree.
