Kind of like it but what if KC loses week 18 and Bills win? Normal circumstances Bills would be ahead of KC even if they lost to Cinci. Guess this might be better than other options we've heard.

I think it would only apply if the extra game being played could matter. If someone wins it without that they would still get both the home field and the bye.
