Like I said, I get it. It's partially why I would be okay with just punting the season.

But, end of the day, you have to try to win while you have the chance. Especially if reports about AD taking the off season seriously are true. If this was 5 years ago, maybe go ahead and punt to teach him a lesson. But this late in his career, just do what you have do, even if you'd rather not.

The comps to a young Kawhi are legit.

However, people fail to consider that Kawhi went through a highly improbable development cycle to become what he was at his peak.

Barnes is going to have a very good career.

But highly unlikely he is ever close to as good as Kawhi was at his peak (assuming that is past).

Kinda like someone comparing a QB to Josh Allen bc of their size, athleticism and big arm. Josh’s transformation was one of a kind. He changed his throwing motion and everything in just a couple offseasons and now one of the best in the NFL. A version of him? Sure

Well thank you. Funny story along those lines. Place where I used to work all the conference rooms were named after famous dead people. So I made a plaquard and named my office after myself. Told em all I shouldn’t have to die for a little recognition. Got an email from the ceo on that one, he loved it lol.
