He does give opinions as to what he thinks the Rangers will do. He proclaimed all offseason that we would get Matt Olson. Last offseason, he stated over and over again that the Rangers wouldn't sign a free agent with a QO, before the new CBA was signed, and lo and behold we signed 2 of them.

The opinions he is afraid to offer up are the ones critical of the front office. Then again, I have encountered lots of fans down through the years who are the same way. It seems like I find one or two of them on Twitter every day.
