Whether Seattle fans want to admit it or not, this was the best thing for them. They werent likely going to compete in the next couple of years with their defense as it is, no cap room, missing major draft assets and playing in a really tough division. It was the perfect time for a rebuild.

Wilson leaving the NFC to join the AFC still with a good chunk of his prime left is also a seismic shift in the NFL. This was pretty close to the worst case scenario as a Chiefs fan. Broncos have had years of sucking to build up a solid roster to surround Wilson.
