Whether Seattle fans want to admit it or not, this was the best thing for them. They werent likely going to compete in the next couple of years with their defense as it is, no cap room, missing major draft assets and playing in a really tough division. It was the perfect time for a rebuild.

Before the trade, the Seahawks had $36M in cap space.

Future 1st and future 2nd are iffy because Denver is probably going to be really good.

I wouldn't be a fan of this if I was a Seattle fan.

NFC has done really well the past 2 SBs and were a few plays away from winning 5 SBs in a row.

But yeah...AFC is a bloodbath now. NFC is mostly rebuilding. This is a mess if you're a fan of an AFC team

With the QB situation in the AFC. I can see for the near term the Bengals the only team making it out the North.

Not one of the other QB's (as of right now) can compete in the conference.

Just think: The Jets got 2 1st's for Jamal Adams and now the Seahawks got 2 for RW

Holy cow that trade. But at 33, Wilson is certainly closer to be reasonable for a trade like this than Rodgers.
