Me too as long as it's not stupid money like they gave DLaw
Do you think there is a team out there prepared to give Gregory a massive signing bonus given his history of being suspended? That would be a huge gamble.

I think there are several teams with a shit load of money to spend. This may not get it but my top would be something like 8to10 per for 3 years

Maybe if the refs ever called a fair game the players would not be complaining? The refs constantly throwing holding flags on our OL, and at the same time ignoring the same shit happening on the other side. This has been going on for five seasons and it is no coincidence it became more noticeable after Jerry meddled in Zekes suspension.

As far as the fans throwing stuff at the refs they deserved it. They sucked yesterday. They should have thrown stuff at Goodell

I dont want our players thinking the main reason they got beat was the officials. After the Arizona game, hell 80 percent of the players bitched about the officials during their interviews. Now , Dak is saying credit the fans that threw bottles at the refs. Dak Prescott , Man of the Year candidate every year, one of the highest character individuals I have ever seen stooping to that level. Thats not Dak. He regrets it today, I guarantee it. Our team got beat. They played like shit. They deserved to lose. They werent ready to play. Most talented team we have had since the 90s IMO.

thats a little questionable, NO?
that hole at LG & center was pretty big and Quinn did a great job, but how many defensive starters were really all that?

Not picking on the opinion, just think that 2007 team was pretty stout

2007 was really good and definitely better in areas. After the Pats game that year though ( game 6) , I just never felt that they could win the Super Bowl , unless someone upset the Pats. Owens being hurt at the end did not help matters.

This year , after seeing Dak was ok from last years injury combined with the improvement on the defensive side of the ball, I thought we had a real shot. Wishful thinking? Probably.

The defense- there were games where I thought our pass rush was going to tear a QBs head off. That Heinike guy from Washington has to have nightmares.

The secondary was as good as I have seen in a long time. Diggs - perhaps a little overrated, but Brown - underrated IMO. Lewis very solid slot. The two rookies can play as well.

The Safeties - Kearse was a playmaker. Kazee has some meaness. Wilson and Hooker had there roles as well.

DBs seem to get injured more than any position these days. Our guys pretty much played every game.

I just really liked this team.

I liked this team as well. I thought they had a shot at perhaps winning two playoff games. Oh well, not to be

As far as the false starts yesterday - a couple of times there were multiple people moving - Biadaz didnt snap the ball on time.

I still have yet to hear who called the last play. If you watch it, the WRs and TEs ran routes but no one looked surprised except Shultz and Wilson maybe so I dont know.

The complaining by our players after the game about the officials just pisses me off. They have whined the last month.
Me too.

Obviously the Cowboys ultimately lost because they did not execute. Too many mistakes. But when the other teams OL can hold ,but ours cant i have a big problem with that. I have seen our defensive lineman get tackled from behind several times over the past 5 seasons and the refs ignored it.

So yeah i can understand why Dak said what he did. Its not just the holding. Its the timing of the calls. Its the DPI and OPI calls that also get called in the other teams favor always. Dak is also not getting the roughing calls that other Qbs get. The NFL lets Dak get cheapshot

I like the additions to the secondary. Diggs and Joseph were great picks. If i were running the 2022 draft i would draft more defenders and build around Parsons. Maybe draft a good linebacker and move Parsons to edge permanently if we lose Gregory in FA. Much of this depends on who the new DC is. I prefer Zimmer or maybe someone internally. I dont want a DC coming in that wants to install a 3-4 or anything like that

I can't be behind this. I said yesterday the Raiders & Cowboys for years & years have had questionable tick tack calls but I think it's more due to their sloppy play and earned reputations. It always seems these two teams are near the top each season in presnap penalties. It's kinda like a baseball manager complaining about balls & strikes from the dugout. Dallas complains every time they lose and that seldom gets you positive attention. I also think calls are missed every single game for both sides and only magnified when it's against your team in a lose.

I can agree...we need a piece here or there on offense but I'd like to see another heavy defensive draft. We need to draft a LB, but I'm fairly certain we have our guy too match with Parsons in Jabril Cox. I also think some like Goldston, OSA and Joseph will continue to grow into solid pros for this team. Safety or two plus another fat guy with football attitude are needed.

Obviously Dak has not said this kind of stuff previously. Likely holding back years of frustration. You cant blame the refs when Grogory and Parsons etc are lined up offsides. That is on the player.

But when Trent Williams is clearly moving his left leg and they call Gregory for the penalty? Thats when i call bullshit. That was a false start all the way. As much as i like Gregory this guy has a target on his back. He wont get the benefit of the doubt.

I give a rats ass what Dak said in the heat of battle, that shit is for angry redskin fans to make a mountain outta mole hill with anything Dallas.
It's continued comedy gold. What else they going to talk about? How bad the Dallas head coach is? LOL

we have no grounds to complain, we were poorly prepared with a bad game plan and SF took advantage on both sides of the line. this is on the HC and his staff especially when they came out after the half and continued with the same shitty plan. SF didn't even have to change what they were doing
