I have said on here many times I never wanted Goff, that I like the Stafford trade, just not the juice to cover up the bad Goff extension.

So what I was implying was a question on how much better our record is with Stafford, I used Goff's name because that is who Stafford replaced.

Stafford is clearly the better QB, but I really don't know for certain if he's made an actual impact on our Win/Loss record this year.

I mean his stats are great, just would like to see his addition show up in the Win/Loss column. I think he is maybe 1-2 this year in terms of opportunity with games that most would consider.

Hasn’t turned it over a lot like Goff the garbage man has that’s for sure. That helps win games. He’s been steady. Comeback win against Indy. Blew out Tampa. Our defense didn’t show up against the Cards. Last Sunday was his first bad game. That’s a lot different that the Garbage man

If y’all have a listened to McVay‘s last two press conferences he’s talked about the O line not giving Stafford enough time to go deep in this last game. He also talked about having more 2 TE sets and says mainly because he’s losing wide receivers left and right. After losing this game as physical as it was and losing the last few to San Francisco, that dude knows he’s got to bring a different game plan to the table this week. He almost always has this team bounce back. And Stafford can’t continue to take beatings like that.


God help us if we lose all of our wide receivers and McVay gets humbled, forcing him to run the ball all the time. But everybody does need to be humbled at some point in time and you have to remember he’s 35 years old. There are 25+ teams in the league that would take McVay right now hands-down so you have to ride the good with the bad and not freak out with bad every loss.

There is a reason the Detroit folks called him Stat-ferd. And he is doing well on a very talented team now with a very talented coach who loves to throw the ball.

I'm still waiting for the Stafford impact on big games, he was awesome in the Tampa win after a shaky start, and even though he had a decent game chucking the rock, I have to give up the props on the 4 TD throws. Still he had nothing to do with keeping Brady out of the end-zone pretty much, I credit the BBDB defense saving that win!

TB was spreading the love, 5 different receivers with over 50 yards, 8 different receivers with 3 or more catches and 41/55 for 432 yards but only 1 TD.

Speaking of improvements at WR, TE, and RB. Here is a list of 5 players not named OBJ who the Rams should bring in and sign. The first dude they should go after is sitting on the Vikings PS. Trishtan Jackson is sitting there and should be poached. Next Breshad Perriman. Dude is a WR with 4.19 speed at 6'1 220lbs, A beast. Next up. Daniel Fells. 6'7, 270lbs. He, Higbee, and Blanton would make the McVay variation of the Jumbo unstoppable. Next, Royce Freeman, former teammate of Von Miller's. Reminds me of C.J. Anderson.

BTW, Creed Humphrey, the Center I was screaming for the Rams to take in the Second Round when we took midget boy and the Rams had interviewed before the draft is having one helluva year in K.C. At 6'5 320lbs, he is killing the position. Reminds me of John Sullivan even as a rook.

Now the Rams have three really good choices to bring in at WR, they do not need the headache of OBJ. Josh Reynolds is now available since his release by the Titans. So now there is Josh Reynolds, Trishtan Jackson, and Breshad Perriman. At TE, Daniel Fells who started out as a Ram. At RB, Royce Freeman. Done.

Update: OBJ is favoring going to the Packers. Fine.
