Yeah, not a huge fan of the way Fangio handled that... It was a record. I would have wanted Denver to do the same thing. Seems a little dramatic on his part. Maybe a tactic to fire his players up a bit too for the next game.
I definitely took this as an attempt to get his team mad/inspired - after a lack luster effort. I do think - from what I've seen of Fangio - he would have had the team take a knee instead of going for the record. The play needlessly put guys at risk for another injury - for the sake of the Raven's pride. They had the entire game to get the 100 yards. Still - as a fan - I too would have wanted the Broncos to go for it.

Yeah the more I thought about it I feel like this is could be that type of approach by Fangio. He wants our guys playing pissed off/motivated.

Pretty weak if he has to resort to whining about another team's sportsmanship to motivate his players. They should have been plenty motivated to prove they weren't a product of a weak schedule and clearly were not.

I don’t know what it is about us but ever since Kubiak, both Vance Joseph and Vic Fangio have had a hard time getting this team to take things seriously. They seem to phone it in when playing a good opponent.

This year we’re seeing them beat up the really bad teams which hasn’t happened in a few years but they still don’t seem to get motivated against quality opponents.

Yeah just sorta has been that feeling the last 5 years that any good team we don't have a chance against... That feeling sucks.... But hopefully that changes soon.

It also doesn't help having 2 of the best QB's in the division.

Just curious if anyone can name a team that would beat Baltimore with 7 starters injured and then two more go out during the game.

Just the psychological effect on a team is big and it frustrating to me that talking heads aren't bringing this fact up.

Name the team that would overcome it. Dully healthy this team in the upper half and they would stand a real chance to take the division.

Now, no way. Sorry for the gloom and doom.

You're correct with this Balls. I would add to that the Broncos need to learn how to win again in big games. In this game - Fangio got outcoached on top of everything else.

The Raven's were as much or more banged up with key players on IR than the Broncos so I can't buy that excuse.

Agreed but, I think the issues are staff related. Whether Paton switches or stays course in 22 IDK. I was hoping we could stay healthy to avoid the 20 injury excuses in 21 see how staff does. We have 13 games to see.

There are more... The Ravens have been the most injured team to start the season.

We all know Denver is injury riddled right now. We have been for 3 years now. Nobody is denying that. I don't think most Broncos fans expected to beat the Ravens this past week but people are still going to give an opinion for how we played. There are things we can do better, there are things we do well and there are things that are unfortunate for us right now.

I think Denver's roster is a wildcard team YES
Do I think the staff is good enough on gameday to get us in playoffs NO. (Not until they prove it in next 13 games)
Its not about the loss its only 1 but, getting outcoached in big games over and over in year 3 is. HC is AFC West has to be really good with the QB's in this division. Really the whole AFC in general is alot better now.

One thing I love about Fangio is the defense and how he can fit bodies in and really does a great job with the D. If it wasn't for that I would probably be calling for his head if he begins to struggle.

I just hate having a bad defense. Nothing worse then a bad defense or a terrible OL... Makes me nervous if we move on.

So, I guess I am calling him a good D cord. ;)

I agree to a certain point. Against Baltimore, our secondary looked lost from start to finish. And Simmons does not look like the same player

We did look lost but I you are also basing this off one game. You can't deny Fangio has been great with the D.

Justin Simmons will be fine. He always has 2-3 games like this it seems. We got one out of the way! Year 6, he has been pretty steady, smart and a leader for us... I have noticed every year he has 2-3 bad games then plays pretty good the other 13 or so.. I will take it! He always seems to play better after a bad game.

Lots of great D-Coordinators who made poor head coaches. I think Fangio is a poor head coach.
