Yeah, I don't understand the "you can't call that" or "you can't call that at that point in the game" thinking. The rules are the rules. If the league doesn't want something called...get rid of the rule. The rules don't (or at least shouldn't) change based on who's violating it or at what point in the game it took place.

That rule is hardly ever enforced on any level. And certainly not if the player goes over by a second. And really, that is okay. The player does not gain an advantage by taking a little extra time standing over the FT.

It is kind of like a speed limit. You don’t get a ticket for going a couple MPH over.

I would prefer to see Milwaukee in the finals. Basically whoever win the Nets/Bucks series is who I would like to see in the finals.

It makes it look like the NBA just picks and chooses what rules to apply and when. It's part of the reason some still think the games are rigged.
