Series Thread: 1st Round: 3) Milwaukee Bucks vs 6) Miami Heat

I finally caught a game in this series last night... (obviously) Milwukee looks very good.

What stood out to me most is how the Bucks have no respect for Adebayo on the offensive end... they're playing 5 on 4 defense when Miami has the ball...

... that's a problem for Miami beyond this year... Bam is gonna have to learn how to shoot with range and confidence... or else teams in the playoffs especially are gonna use this blueprint...

... Heat only averaging 96 ppg this series (and that's with an OT game thrown in)... yikes...

If Brook Lopez can learn how to extend his range, Bam should be expected to do so too.

This series has been a shocker for me and a reminder that so much of playoff basketball is match ups. Bucks look scary good right now. I think they get the Nets in 6 games.

I think the Nets win, but not too confident with it.

The Heat only shot 37.6% from the field & 28.1% from downtown. But the Bucks D had nothing to do with Miami's shooting woes.

This is huge. Milwaukee is not a deep team. Their 7th, 8th, 9th men are Forbes, Tucker and Teague now.

Boston and Denver both encountered injuries that seriously hurt their chances this postseason. Not to mention neither team made the Finals last season. Nice try.

How did they choke? Not a single person had them being better than Brooklyn, Philly, or Milwaukee.

Miami making the finals is relevant this year how? Go back to preseason predictions and you will have a hard time finding any expert who predicted Miami making even the conference finals this season

@bksballer89 what do you think should be the plan going forward? Is there any flexibility for them to add Kawhi when the Clippers blow it up this summer? I think Jimmy and Bam need another top end player to run with to get into that top 3 group of the East with Nets Bucks and Sixers.

The cap experts seems to think so. At the end of day it kawhi wants to join Bam and Jimmy then front office will find a way
