Maybe it is because I am used to Quinn giving up a higher round in the next year's draft that I saw this as a great deal. When I saw we traded for a fourth I had assumed we had traded a 3rd from next year.

that's true about Quinn.

besides, a next years 4th and this years 5th is so much better than Quinn giving up that next year 3rd round pick for Hand just to take him in that years 4th round. I still like Hand's on-field ability. When he's 100% healthy.

This trade isn't horrible by any means. I assumed maybe he's there in 5th round. I should quit assuming.

evidently Jabril Cox had some surgery to one of his shoulder's and there's some lingering questions he may be out half the season and how it's healing currently.
