Buyer beware on this one. Hopefully he comes to play and wants to be part of something that could be very good for years to come. Lots of talent or a lot of headache?? Will see.

It's worth a chance. Wilson has the talent. He will probably respond well to being believed in at a time when he's going through a low point in his career. I think there are some good influences on the team plus he knows OG Kindley already since they played together at Georgia.

The Fins have traded for OT Isaiah Wilson. He has a lot of talent and a chance to redefine his career. The addition only cost the Fins a 7th round pick. He is a former first rounder who fits the Oline mold of big and physical.

I really like this move. I am feeling a lot better about the idea of adding a WR early in the first round of the draft.
From a Dolphins standpoint. I’m sure Isaiah Wilson will behave *very* responsibly on South Beach. No problems whatsoever.

Fins trade DE Lawson for LB McKinney. McKinney has good coverage skills at ILB in addition to being a tackling machine.

Should be a good trade for both teams and I'm hearing if the Fins don't like him they can easily drop him later with no penalty. I'm also hearing that he's not great in coverage but he will be good against the run which they need badly.

Other news: RB Jones is resigning with the Packers. Unless the Fins are trading pick 18 they should just pick Harris. Gaskin has been about as good as the other FA RBs. Also. Ahmed provides quality depth. I hear Conner being mentioned but he has some durability concerns.

Big money being spent patsies on tilt. I don't mind Conner if they get him cheap. Would make for a decent group. Gaskin is more effective in a lesser role being a smaller guy. Harris worries me a bit lot of tread off the tires. They could take a RB later in the draft as well.

The Fins had their big spending last year. Those guys should be even better with another year in the system. The Fins started a bunch of rookies that should also be better this year.

Conner is a good RB but he has had a lot of injury issues.

"Harris worries me a bit lot of tread off the tires. They could take a RB later in the draft as well."

I understand your concern. Bama players tend to deal with injuries as rookie NFL players especially RBs because of overuse. Henry was injured and needed time to recover. On his second year and from then on he really hit his stride. Harris seems to handle the workload well. Gaskin, Ahmed, and Laird all averaged over 4 yards a carry last year. The Fins wouldn't have to overuse Harris. Harris is a special talent. I think he resembles Henry but catches the ball better.

I think a RB who is being overlooked in this draft is Rhamodre Stevenson. He is a big powerful RB who has been productive. He would fit the Fins needs. His suspension in college was drug related. That issue would have to be looked into.

I’d like to see us go after Curtis Samuels, Marlon Mack, Tyus Bowser and Alex Anzalone.

I think you guys should give the Texans Tua, this year & next year #1 pick for Watson and your Dolphins are good for the next 10 years.

The Texans keep saying they are keeping Watson. I don't see how how having a disgruntled starting QB benefits them more than all of the assets that they could gain in a trade. The Fins could offer #3 pick plus additional picks and or Tua. There are some very good QBs available. Tua is being undervalued nationally but he has a lot of talent.

I think the Fins will be fine without a trade if it doesn't happen. Tua will be healthier and more experienced in the upcoming season. He won 6 of 9 games after major injury. I think he will be proving his doubters wrong.

I think the Texans are waiting for an offer they can't refuse, and the fins are perfect position to make a run for Watson. Personally I'd to see him go to the Fins tho.

Tua + 2 firsts is a great deal for a top QB in his prime. I’m also fine with Tua and his cheap contract and keeping the picks. Win/win scenario.

If the price is right anyone is worth trading for but you are right the Fins have absolutely no pressure to move off of their plan. At this point Watson is better but with the extra picks and cap I think it evens out and when Tua improves over time he may even be better. Its one of those all of your eggs in one basket with Watson and that scares me whereas they can build a solid overall team staying the course. I just don't want to flip positions with Houston as they sucked last year with Watson how does that change here?

I'd like to wish Fitz the best of luck in Washington. He wasn’t going to work here as Tua would constantly be looking over his shoulder. He’s good enough to make a come back from the bench but not good enough to make the playoffs as a starter. Maybe just maybe that division is so bad he may squeak in.

On a different note Brissett is the new backup. I like the move as he could come in and hold the fort but won’t be looked at as the magic man. Hopefully his cap hit isn’t too bad but they needed someone with experience or they would have had to draft another guy and hope they don’t need him next season being a rookie.

I like the approach so far as we’re already seeing decent players still being cut and they will come cheaper. Meanwhile patsies are on tilt breaking every rule they used to abide by. Sure they’ll be better next year but not going anywhere fast and will blow their future up…love it.

I also wish Fitz the best but it was time for him to move on.

Brissett is a solid backup QB with experience. He seldom throws INTs. Flores values that from his QBs.

Malcolm Brown has been added to the roster. He's another good RB on the roster. He averaged more than 4 yards a carry.

The Fins didn't have to do a roster overhaul this year. They are adding some good veterans and they are one of the teams with the most and earliest draft picks.

Yep overall pretty good and so far good value especially Brissett at 5 M + incentives. If they are patient they'll be able to jump on more value as teams start cutting players they can't afford. I don't mind Brown as he's different than the rest of their backs.

There was an erarlier report today say David Andrews at center would be signed by Dolphins.
It appeares premature.
Apparently a reporter was quoting another who was crediting back to him.
Some but not all reports are retracted.
Certain that Pats and Fins are battling this one out.....
