So would it be better for the Buccs to keep him instead of trying to OBJ?

I mean, if players like AB and Gronk want to play for you for basically nothing, I don't know why you'd want Odell at all if you're Tampa. Exactly what is Odell better at than Godwin you'd give up real assets for him? Why would Cleveland move their only WR that really scares anyone?

We're talking about a team with 3 top 15 WR's if they went another top 15 WR to probably not be an upgrade on another top 15 WR in an offense you'd already have diminishing returns for said top 15 WR. Oh by the way Cleveland's WR room isn't good outside of Odell.

This is just Get Up saying shit.

Not with Mike Evans and AB most likely returning.

Jarvis is a solid 2

Higgins seems to have chemistry with Baker for whatever reason. Probably not much of a 3 on a lot of teams

I would think the only way they would move OBJ is if they got a haul for him.. I don't think he has been a locker room cancer in Cleveland, correct? However, notice how much better the Browns were when he wasn't playing

I think it’s more likely Edelman ends up there

he’s been whining and faking injury ever since his boyfriend left New England

The reason the Browns played better is Mayfield playing better. I don't think it's much more complicated than that outside of some people thinking Odell is still a top 3 WR when he's definitely not be it injury or otherwise.

Just texted my best friend in NY do you think they target Godwin? Huge Jets fan.

Oh definitely, they will be in on all those WRs, Ju Ju gets mentioned a lot here also

Right. He wasn't trying to force the ball to OBJ and it made him and the team better.

Rolling with Jarvis as the 2 is an excellent way to get teams to play man 2 man come playoff time.

Yeah he’s a tough one, Jarvis is a baller any team would love to have but strikes me as a guy that’s best suited without all the defensive attention on him

Man, Edelman was terrible last year from what little I saw him. I'd be kinda shocked if Brady even wanted him but if the Patriots cut him for some reason then I could see him on TB.

My .02 on this is that with Brady you overpay for the guys who beat man coverage (Evans, Gronk) and underpay for the guys who beat zone coverage. Brady can turn a good number of WRs in the league to the next Welker, Amendola or Edelman. Or Godwin, even. I can't see Tb getting in a bidding war for that.

TB needs to keep their money on their dline, imo. I might be biased in that assessment.

Here's the issue if you're Cleveland:

Ok, you have this badass OL and a developing QB who looks solid but not generational. Ok, pretty good start. You got two good TE's, not Kittle, Kelce, Waller, or anything earthshattering, but good TE's. 12 personnel is going to be used a lot. Playaction is a core plank of the offense.

You have 2 WR's in 12.

1 of them is Odell who is very nice but has a troubling injury history.

The other guys are Landry, Higgins, and some random replacement tier dudes.

What exactly is the team speed of that team? How do you stretch the field vertically with your skill positions? Is the plan to just have the OL block forever? A team with a good secondary is gonna look at the Browns and just say "yeah, you know what, I am playing man, have a nice day and goodbye." Especially if Odell is hurt again.

Asking A LOT of Baker to make offense out of that against good defenses with any consistency.

With Mahomes a threat for the next decade, that SB may have turned this draft upside down and everyone may be looking for pass rushers

Yeah that’s true, I remember how TB defended the Saints knowing Drew couldn’t throw the ball 25 yards, you would get a lotta that vs Cleveland, not that Baker can’t get it downfield, but like you said, a lotta mid range type talent there
