I think his role has changed a lot

He isn’t being asked to create much offensively and he is focusing his energy on being an elite defender.

Given that the Laker offense is always going to run through LeBron and AD, I think Laker coaches will take what Schroeder is bringing all day long.

Minnesota got a steal when they signed undrafted Naz Reid to a 3 year deal worth 4.2 million.

Averaging 11.6ppg, 4.6rpg and 1.4spg in just 21mpg.

He had 19 points, 7 rebounds, 5 blocks and 3 steals last night.

That’s great but like I said, come playoff time they are going to need him to play better offensively. He’s inefficient right now

I’ve said MJ has been the GOAT but another title with the Lakers...that will probably do it. He’s already been in the conversation. Some people think he needs to get to 6 or even 7 titles. What he is doing right now at his age and all his mileage....is already something nobody has ever done. If he gets even more than one more that will cement him as GOAT imo

You are not any more right than they are, in fact I would say you would be more on the wrong side. You are entitled to your opinion, but some saw them both through their entire career.

Well sure, it's just opinions and everyone is entitled to theirs. But sometimes it gets perverse. There's no amount of titles he could win to change your opinion for example. Unlikely but let's say he wins 3 more to make 7...would you consider him GOAT then?

My eyes will tell me when and if he is. I might be different than others but I don’t look at it so much as a body of work honestly. To me it’s about greatness and it will be tough for anyone to eclipse MJ there in my eyes. We will see though, if it happens I’ll damn sure know because I have the frame of reference.
