One day it will all make sense
Javale Mcgee wins titles.
Javale Mcgee wins titles.
So does Pat McCaw
Yep...and team who acquired Irving now has air....and probably prefer air to Kyrie.mention that Nance is top 10 in defensive win shares----- and leads the league in steals.
Top 10 Defensive win shares:
1. Andre Drummond
2. Rudy Gobert
3. Anthony Davis
4. Julius Randle
5. Clint Capela
6. LeBron James
7. Larry Nance Jr.
8. Mitchell Robinson
9. Luka Doncic
10. Joel Embiid
11. Myles Turner
12. Ben Simmons
13. Giannis
14. Og Anunoby
just looking at that list - it makes you think that- there is something to this stat. by no means a perfect stat---- but a lot of very good defensive players on this list- and not by mistake.
In retrospect---- the Cavs basically got Sexton and Nance for Irving.

Kid is far from a star, but guessing most expect him to get in the $15-20 mil/year range in FA and be well worth that price. Not like we are calling Nunn a star as some once did.Allen is solid but he isn't a top 50 player. Your biased is ridiculous when someone is on the Cavs
I'd say at best is 4-5 if everyone is healthy. Big if, though, I guess.I think there in even a worse position now tbh. At best they're probably a 7 or 8 seed, which mean a swift first round exit. At worst they end up 9th or 10th which screws up their draft position.
Admittedly they've been impressive so far this season. Lets see if they can keep it up.

Yep.....doesn't seem like a top pick will be happening this year barring injuries. 7-9 or even 10 seems like worst case and think 4-5 is possible. To be a title contender they probably need another elite player as I don't think anyone on the roster will be that guy. Okoro looks like he could possibly be a stud, but far from elite (and no lock he's even a stud, but love the work ethic and what the vest say about him).It is has little to do with the seeding...it has everything to do with the development of the players and they finally have an identity. Would another top 5 be great? Sure but it seems like they can compete with almost any team team win or lose. I agree a 7-9 seed isn’t idea but this team is still very young. I didn’t expect this kind of turn around for 2-3 years tbh. So it’s a nice surprise, not saying they are some world beaters but management and Bickerstaff has done an amazing job turning them around so quick...still early but watching them play this is clearly a different team. Plus, we don’t know how good they are quite yet - a quick first round exit is just a guess. They could see growth and get a top 10 pick or get a top 5 seed...who knows this season.

It would and if being the Pacers and a solid 3-5 seed for a decade is the goal I think that would help and they can get there sooner than I thought. No path to another title though...not that I ever thought I'd even see 1.Playoff experience, even if it is just a quick first round exit would help too. The playoffs are a different ballgame altogether. Build from there. Getting a win or two against the likes of Philly, Milwaukee or Boston would boost morale and build chemistry big time.
lol, y'all enjoy your raw meat, ya barbarians...![]()
You should never be allowed to have steak again.
IT had already started to regress. Pressure from whom to extend him? Fans? A good GM does not care what the fans think when it comes to moves like that.If they didn’t trade IT, they might have felt pressured to extend him.
And I am pretty sure they prefer air than IT on a bad contract.
And with all the bigs out west, he is middle of the league when it comes to centers.

#TruthbombsNow you want to act like allen is some star? Yes a kid who barely played in his first year can be close to Allen. He is pretty clearly a better shooter than Allen
Best believe it lol...Let me guess...you also put A-1 or Henz 57 sauce on your steak?
