True, but I think I agree with Wiggy here in that it was just wrong to think because they showed some promise it was a failure that it didn't work out. Most 2nd round picks amount to very little (or even late 1st rounders).

We all make way too early judgement calls on here. It's the exact same reason GM's draft the players is because they see the potential. Whether or not they ever live up to it is an entirely different matter.

I mean just look at what you were saying about Kevin Porter Jr. Just a few weeks ago.

The Nets should reach out to Kyle Korver....he's 39 but he made 42% of his 3's last season. They would only need 10-12mpg out of him.....and he might play for the vet minimum for the chance at a ring. And give them another shooter.

Has Embiid playing like a true C.....21 FTA's last night. When the opposition doesn't have somebody to stop your big, you take advantage of it.....

They need defense. Signing Korver does nothing except gives them 1 fewer spot to make their defense respectable

Porter's problem isnt talent.

He is way more talented than any of those guys- by a mile.

Exactly. For their sake it’s a shame Tony Allen isn’t even just a couple years younger. That guy close to his prime cures a lot of ills on defense. He is done though.
