I understand what Tugnutt is saying about bringing players from overseas. It does take spots away from Canadiana players. However, teams have a choice, they don't have to add European players to their teams if they don't want too.

Jr teams have import quotas anyways, so if the best value for taking one of those spots is a Finnish goalie, then so be it.
