Kickoff in 50 minutes... I guess if you need beer, booze, snacks or something now's the time to make the run

Talking heads in the media have Saints roasting the Bears. We’ll see what happens.

Saints declared CB Ken Crawley, OL Derrick Kelly, WR Austin Carr, DE Trey Hendrickson, DL Malcolm Roach, RB Ty Montgomery, and WR Juwan Johnso inactive for their Wild Card game against the Bears.

Alvin Kamara and Michael Thomas are unsurprisingly active. With Drew Brees under center now, this will be the first time all three have been active in a game since Week 10. Kamara and Latavius Murray are both active so the Saints were able to make Ty Montgomery inactive for this game.

Bears declared WR Darnell Mooney, CB Buster Skrine, CB Jaylon Johnson, ILB Roquan Smith, OL Lachavious Simmons, NT Daniel McCullers, and OLB Trevis Gipson inactive for their Wild Card game against the Saints.

Mooney was ruled out earlier in the week so this isn't breaking news for Bears fans but it hurts nonetheless. Mooney was getting hot just at the right time, with 93 yards and 11 catches in Chicago's Week 17 loss to Green Bay. Javon Wims will likely operate as the team's No. 3 receiver in Mooney's absence. They could also run extra 2TE sets to get Jimmy Graham and Cole Kmet on the field more often.

Which Brees shows up today?
Which Kamara shows up?

Can the Bears get the running game going?

I want to see the Bears win just to see the smug face of Payton go away. But I am not optimistic.

The Bears are depleted with some of their best players...Smith and Mooney will be missed for sure

In all fairness, we are lucky that the mask covers the sadistic grin. Thanks covid!
