What he is doing is running for his life since the o-line can't protect his ass. He made that play last longer than it should have. And he got a catchable ball off, but Hunter dropped it. Don't blame Alex for that.

Now that part I'll agree with - Hunter should have caught that ball. However his mishap is the perfect ending to a really screwed up display for the offense in a game where we win the TO battle.

Our offensive inabilities are being exploited, make no bones about it.

Marion Barber just fumbled the ball on a 3rd and 7. Bears would have had a long 50-something yarder to win the game in OT. That was after Barber did not go down in bounds on a run late in the 4th quarter that allowed Denver to get the ball back and tie the game.

That is unreal that a 4 man rush can do that to the 49ers o-line... and I think they even kept Davis back to block too.

They blitzed all day. The 4 man rush just happened to get through too

I liked how V.Davis broke off his protection of Smith while he was running for his life and offered himself up as a receiver 76 yards behind the LOS...sometimes we just play really, really stupid
