Some might say Jimmy Carter, I think Andrew Johnson who took over after Lincoln was assassinated (also impeached by the way) would garner some votes, can't forget about Richard M. Nixon either.

I'd put W and Andrew Jackson on the list with the others mentioned, considering the former lied us into a deadly, interminable war, and the latter deliberately carried out a genocide.

Honestly, the list of good presidents is probably a good deal shorter than the list of bad ones. Hell, it might be shorter than the list of actual war criminals.
