Both are wrong, but one is severely more damaging.

No one condones the behavior and to say one was more damaging than the other think of the actions of the police protecting the areas. One they used force and the other just stood there. If they used force in the Wisconsin event I bet it could have been just as ugly. Sadly there was one reason and one only why they didn't.
