Mahomes, and don't look back.
in 4-5 yrs Mahomes will still be elite as long as he's still a chief, LJax very well could be out of the league, as RBs typically only have a shelf life of 3-5yrs

Jackson is better athletically though he reeks of "never going to get over that playoff struggle" hump

Its Mahommes, and its not a question. Lamar can't throw fer shit, and the first time he blows a knee or Achilles or whatever, he's gonna be useless. Best case he succombs to concussions in 5-7 years...if he doesn't tear up his legs first. A QB, especially one with Lamar's build, just can't take that kind of beating and still be effective

you draft one or two late...like we did with Lamar last year, and Mahomes the year before.

True and Watson has some issues throwing the ball also. Watching the Pro Bowl contest these two couldn't hit the broadside of a barn. I was dumbfounded at how bad they were at hitting a target with no pass rush. I'm off both of these guys going forward.

You need at least 9 running backs before selecting a quarterback right TKO? As far as the actual question, I'm assuming this is your dynasty league and if that's the case it's Mahommes and I agree that it isn't close. If it's redraft, I think it's a lot closer because Jackson might only be really good for 4 or 5 more years, but the rushing gives him such a floor as a quarterback. I just think the injury factor is too high for Jackson in the long term though. Although interestingly enough, Mahommes is the only one of the two to miss a game with an injury so far.

Silly Andy Reid...didn't call a single QB sneak the rest of the year

Mahomie. Jackson takes some pretty serious shots. He proved to be tougher than I thought he was last year but damn, it will catch up to him sooner or later...…….

Mahommes. He might not score as much per game, but he is a much better bet to stay healthy. I’ll wait for the later rounds though. QBs like Rodgers, Brady, Brees, Ryan, Rivers, Wilson, and Watson all have the capacity to end the year as the number 1 QB in the league. That’s not even counting wildcard QBs that could explode next year, like Drew Lock or Kyler Murray. QB is just too deep to take someone early at the cost of a starter at RB/WR.

Mahomes.
Pocket passer. Pass-happy coach.
Jackson is good too.
But he has a run-first coach.
And running QB seem to have shorter careers.
But LaJax is young so it will be a few years.

:agree:

Jackson has the injury risk. Can't draft last years stats for this season.

lets do it this way...

Mahomes will be the number one QB taken in all fantasy leagues!!!

But which QB is more likely to give you first round value?? I would say Jackson...

if this was a dynasty, and my team is set up NOW as a CONTENDER for the SUPERBOWL... I think i would rather have Jackson...

Jackson's ceiling is just so much higher...
