Woulda liked to see Kam Chancellor on that list. I feel like he impacted games as much as almost any defensive back. Not sure who you would take off tho. Maybe Weddle or Mathieu

Lynch? Nah.
I know Rodgers is great. But I dunno about that backup spot. That's really up for debate....
.
wait who are you talking about, once you said stanley, once you said staley.........two different guysThere isnt a point in the decade until this final year that SF would have turned down a Williams for Staley swap. Williams has always been more talented.
If you would have asked anyone in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 to name that top 3 tackles in the game, Williams named would have appeared on nearly everyone of those lists. Staley's would have appeared on only a handful if any at all. He was always the 5th or 6th best tackle in the league....never the among the true elite at the top of the position.
Staley has always played on teams that ran the ball first and couldnt pass block to save their life. His metrics are skewed because of it. Not saying he is't a REALLY good player.....because he is. And his longevity in this day and age is amazing too. But he wasnt nearly as good as Williams was over this decade.
yep, thats where i was going.Like Drew Brees

Ronnie stanley, or joe staley. Because my position likely changes.......
i was talking about stanley, who likely shouldnt be on the all decade team anyways because he hasnt been around long enough, but hes damn good.
6 10,000 yard seasons is pretty impressive thoyep, thats where i was going.
rb is tough for the 4th slot......not really any guys with longegivity.......which is why lynch gets in he had 6 10000 yard seasons but 2 of them were BEFORE 2010. So since 2010 hes had 4 1k yard seasons, and 5 seasons UNDER 600 rushing yards.
I was never a CJ2k fan.......but his body of work from 2010-on rivals lynches......with much better passing involvement.......
Matt forte was not the rusher either of them were, but solid numbers 4 1k yard season, one 997 yard season. 2 800 yard seasons. Great receiving numbers.......personally id go forte or CJ2k over lynch. Thats even taken the 2k season out of the equation.
1k yard seasons.......and yes it is, but 2 of them were not part of the decade. if we wanna include non decade seasons, then by all means lets add in cj2ks rookie year and his 2k rushing year, and then he smashes lynch........i still say thats a popularity vote. The numbers lean to forte and Cj2k6 10,000 yard seasons is pretty impressive tho
sorry, i didnt read the list, just your response, there was an "n" in there and my mind went to ronnie stanley.....whose fn awesome........but young.......should of known better..........Staley from the 49ers made the all decade list over Trent Williams.
Yea but the original post I quoted you said 6 10k yard seasons, and per the rules of the internet “if it’s on the internet it must be true”1k yard seasons.......and yes it is, but 2 of them were not part of the decade. if we wanna include non decade seasons, then by all means lets add in cj2ks rookie year and his 2k rushing year, and then he smashes lynch........i still say thats a popularity vote.
