If you could guarantee me that Wentz would stay healthy, I would pick Wentz because he has better pure physical ability and I think you can still cure his holding onto the ball too long and poor recognition of defenses and finding the right read sometimes. But, he finally looked like he would stay healthy through the playoffs last year and still got hurt in the biggest game. You can talk about cheap shots being the reason for his injuries all you want, but every QB gets them. The fact is he just ends up as the one on the sideline too much and at $30M plus per year you can't afford to back him up with a Foles or Bridgewater for when he goes down...and at this point it seems safe to say he will go down...

Fwiw, I don't consider Wentz a terrible QB but he is not an elite QB either. He's okay when healthy and has potential but he has to be able to stay on the field and realize that potential before he will be considered a top tier guy.

I dont think anyone considers Wentz Terrible. In fact if you were to put QBs into Tiers. Dak & Wentz would be in the same tier. no matter how you rank them if you were ranking them. They would be near each other no matter what side you are on.
They are both good QBs & neither are elite.

Think some want to look at Wentz upside or higher ceiling when choosing what they have done. Well that cant be looked at on how they have performed.
