You know me and my take on Russ, but every time I've seen him play this year I've been pleasantly surprised with his play. He looks much more like the player I thought he should always have been. His 3 point attempt rate is his lowest since his 4th year in the league. Turnover percentage is down even with a sizeable usage rate. I think he's been really good this year.

You know me and my take on Russ, but every time I've seen him play this year I've been pleasantly surprised with his play. He looks much more like the player I thought he should always have been. He is finally maturing as a player and evolving into the mold, like you said, that is picture perfect for his skillset

KPJ looking like the best of the young bunch.
They need to trade Love even if it isn't for much.
And I think Sexton or Garland needs to go, not sure that combo can work. I would give it more time but Sexton is the best bet to go.

Watching Kevin Porter Jr. and Andre Iguadala on the same court really really clearly showed just how slow and washed Iguadala is. I mean holy shit. #82mph

they were offered Whiteside for Love----- and of course just turned it down.....they could have just gotten Love off the books but that is not something they are willing to do at this point apparently. I think becuase of the limited free agent market, and their ability to take back bad contracts and have cap space and perhaps facilitate sign and trades, tehy will really explore a Love deal this summer.

Garland is starting to really show a nice feel for the game. Missing practically his whole college year has slowed his development but i watch him and think he can be a very good point guard at some point down the road.

Porter looks like he can be an excellent wing down the road

but the Cavs will not be going anywhere until they get their own Ja Morant or Trae Young or Zion or whoever--- it doesnt even have to be an A1++ franchise guy- just like a Trae Young level guy to establish the pecking order.

It does NOT look like that guy is in this draft. Its just gonna take some time.


and again- holy shit is Iguadala slow.
