Oh man you have no ideaThis is probably the most homeristic thing you have ever said.

Yep. You realize he won two Finals MVPs in GS, and was an injury away from a third, right? He was a better defender and more efficient on the Warriors. That wasn't one of their career 'rejuvenations' but he was his best self.
Efficiency is not arguable, his percentages were betterYeah, I'm with you guys on here. I think what MSG is trying to allude to is that Durant was potentially at his most deadly with the Warriors. Efficiency is arguable, but he definitely had more opportunity to thrive with GSW than he did with OKC.
D'Lo I would argue wasn't really better in GSW than Brooklyn. GSW obviously was decimated with injuries and D'Lo played well, but I don't see any evidence to think he was better with GSW.
You are still missing the financial point. They are overjoyed to be overpaying for that slot. Otherwise they have no other high level player and cannot add anything. Overpaying for a good player is far better than not paying anyone. The actual dollars don't matter. That's a salary cap thing. You got Russell for Durant. That was a smart move. And maybe trading for Wiggins will turn out to be a smart move. But there Wiggins has been 6 years of frustrating for the Wolves. His inconsistency and lack of aggression have be constant issues for him. Maybe he will turn it around. Maybe he won't. But you have 4 more years of him at 30 mill a year. If he doesn't, that's a lot of coin weighing the team down.
I don't fault the Warriors for doing it. Seems like a smart move. But it comes with considerable risk.
Yep. Hence my belief that Wiggins will benefit similarly. CitySushi has shown it may already be happening, and that's without the teams stars to draw attention away from himEveryone's point is that he is obviously surrounded by more talent thus it's much easier to be efficient
On that I agree. Like the Cavs' fans who complained we signed TT and JR. It was them or no one. Unless you are the one paying, who cares if he played for free or $30 mil+You are still missing the financial point. They are overjoyed to be overpaying for that slot. But the biggest argument was he actually more efficient because of the system or the surrounding players? That's hard to gauge. I think the system helped, but he had higher percentages because he had much easier/cleaner looks.
Next year's Warriors will not be a shit team. If Durant can improve there I'm sure the new small forward can tooThe Warriors were a 73 win team when Durant joined them. So, sure, he thrived in Golden State. He thrived in OKC. The difference being the players around him.
He's a good player that could be very good but we may never know because he's bouncing from shit team to shit team.
Of course, it's both. And will be for Wiggins too. So basically everyone is now agreeing with me.But the biggest argument was he actually more efficient because of the system or the surrounding players? That's hard to gauge. It's the players more than the system. Far more.Of course, it's both. And will be for Wiggins too. So basically everyone is now agreeing with me.

Is anyone doubting that the Warriors will be good next year?
Ok, well, Wiggins will have bothIt's the players more than the system. Far more.
Dude, my response was specifically addressed to his comment about Wiggins only playing on shit teamsIs anyone doubting that the Warriors will be good next year?
And Wiggins will never be as good as KD, even the OKC version. But I stand by my point that I believe he wi be very good as a Warrior, better than he's ever been. We'll see!No comparing Durant and Wiggins situations are two completely different stories. Durant wanted a change where he could have a chance to win championships and have more help to do it.
Wiggins needs a full career rejuvenation. He needs to learn how to win. He needs how to play efficient basketball. He needs to learn how to play defense. KD came already equipped with that ready to take the next step. Wiggins you need to change foundationally. It won't be just the system that helps him. It'll be the core of the team, the culture and the coaching staff that helps him realize this.
KD was already a championship player before he came to the Warriors. Wiggins is not.
I'd say a fair amount. Well good is relative. The Warriors aspire to be a championship level team. I think there are more than a good amount of people who believe they will not be. Mostly because of Wiggins.
You’re so easily triggered.
No wonder you’re home alone posting on a message board on your birthday.
They've got as much a shot as anyone imo
