Are you retarded? He was in Miami for 4 years. I CLEARLY STATED "fine in Miami for his first 3 years"

Shut your stupid ass up
Slow down there, tough guy. You made a dumb comment. Own it. This above makes your comment even more absurd.

He was "fine in Miami his first 3 years" but all of a sudden his issues are perceived by what he did 5 years ago in Cleveland?

You're priceless.

There's nothing to own. You need to learn how to read

Waiters bad rep prior to this year had everything that took place in Cleveland.

I'm done arguing with idiots for today

Could Al Horford be moving to the bench Tuesday?

I also ‘heard’, that Winslow felt that after Wade retired that he’d be the Heat #1.
I think reality hit him in the face that he wasn’t ever, at best case, be more then #3.

Yeah....he's shown nothing in his career to even come close to validating that he's going to be a #1. He's in for a rude awakening if he carries that same mentality to Memphis. Because Ja Morant's already looking to be the clear cut #1 over there too. There's always the Knicks.

Wow...Waiters was perceived to have issues before this season. And it was not just because of what he had done 4 years prior in Cleveland. Hell, you might as well blame his time in Syracuse. ....but of course block out anything he did in Miami.

He looks same old same old to me

Still cant make free throws either

I made the comment as of the 3rd quarter. In the 4th I did see some questionable plays and lack of court awareness. But at the very least his defensive effort so far has been better than I've seen of him in the past. He's at least trying.

He still has a ways to go, and I'm nowhere near a stan right now, but I see room for growth. The question will always be if he ever does actually grow.

How do you feel about the warriors future? Not much they can do with free agents due to the money dray, steph, klay, and Wiggins are making right?

I feel pretty decent about it. The Warriors are going to be capped out massively, but that was going to happen anyways once the Warriors locked up Steph, Klay and Draymond to big money deals. Those three alone will bring the Warriors to almost the entire cap by themselves next season. There's no avoiding it, they will be in the tax next year. It'll just be a question of how much.

Grand scheme, I think they're in really good shape. They have two upcoming high draft picks in this draft and in 2021. They have some good young players with upside. Chriss looks like a massive find and has been playing incredibly well lately. Think he'll be even better with Steph and Klay in the lineup. Paschall and Poole look like they can be reliable backups for next year. Now that the Warriors ducked the tax line, they can use Andre's 17M Trade Exception to acquire another solid player. And additionally they'll have the full Mid-Level of 9.7M to sign a player which could be incredibly useful.

So next year essentially the Warriors are adding Steph, Klay, 2020 top 5 pick, 9.7 MLE player, 17M TPE. If at full strength that makes them a really tough team next year. Then the year after they'll have a 2021 Lottery pick from the Wolves.

They have a good balance of win now talent/end of prime guys and some youthful upside on it's way.

Waiters is your perfect role player. Decent at passing, can score, solid at shooting the 3 ball, and good defender. But unlike most role players, Waiters absolutely live for the biggest moments. He want the ball in his hands late

That last part could be the problem. Will he get it enough to stay engaged? He may not even be on the court late.

Harkless could be an option if the Knicks follow through with a buyout...
