God, I loved that Bears team. I still hate the fact that Grossman finally did them in during that Super Bowl. People act like it was a blowout, but the Bears had the chance to take the lead early in the 4th when Rex threw that pick. Those two teams do seem a lot alike, and I think it starts with the DCs (Rivera and Chavis). Those guys both created defenses that took joy in punishing their opponents. Those are two of the hardest nosed defenses you'll ever see.

Well that and the Bears had (and have) the best return guy ever to play the game.

I loved his quote after he set the all-time return TD record. Something to the effect of "People told me when I came out of college that I'd never be more than a returns guy, and they're right, but I'm the best ever."
