I go work out hard all the time.

Sometimes, I can't do a 5 mile run , back to back days, because of soreness.

I run hard Monday, take Tuesday off, run hard again Wednesday.

Running 3 miles a day doesn't help.

I'm still sore no matter what because of a previous knee injury.

It's not rocket science.

Yeah.

More minutes take a greater toll than less minutes.

But an equal number of minutes over fewer games takes less toll. Playing 30 minutes every night is significantly more taxing than playing 36 but taking a game off every couple of weeks.

Celtics putting up an embarrassing effort at home vs. Detroit tonight... some of the most lackluster defense I've seen out of the group.

I got them going 8-2 in these 10 games which leaves them at 28-14

You think a team should hire their HC based on 1 game? SF has a pretty good D if you weren't aware...littered with 1st rounders and Pro Bowlers.

His resume in KC shows he doesn't even call plays and coaches under a guy who runs the show on offense.

should be noted a number of regime changes in his career, and they all keep Stefanski.

What have you done for me lately and he only has 21 games as an OC....

Did a 4 team parlay

Had UVA(+2.5) to cover vs FSU. They lose by 4.
Had Detroit to cover vs Boston and went under on total points of 218.5.....The teams combined for 219

Not possible they just think other people are more qualified and don't really care about skin color? I mean, these GMs make $5 mil/year. Winning is how they keep their job. I would think they'd want the best guy for the job.

Does whatever report that comes from take interest into account? When we're talking about former players, for example, it seems like African American former players tend to move to tv gigs rather than coaching or front office.

Perhaps more African American former players are more interested in tv gigs and more white former players coaching/front office gigs.

I'm not saying there is no racism in the NFL. But I seriously doubt it's as prevalent as you are trying to make it sound.

I am actually shocked the game was that close. FSU has always played UVA really tough when UVA has had the superior team. I was kind of expecting an FSU blow out last night.

Often can be a good thing when fans don't like the move a team makes.....hoping that's the case for the Browns.

He will be working with a similar grouping of offensive talent to be fair, but that no show this past weekend is a bit scary (as was their slow start to the season before Cousins got more aggressive). Two talented WRs, a stud RB, and a potential TE target to pair with a talented if somewhat erratic QB, sounds similar. OL may be the big difference.

In DJ's defense, imo, white people, with Black children, are more sensitive to PERCEIVED racism than black folks are themselves.

As a parent, you know the urge to protect your children is not like anything else on this earth.

I'm not justifying what he says, I'm not saying I agree with him. This is not an excuse.

But, it is one of the reasons 2 people can look at a situation and see 2 wildly different things.

Obviously, I'm not white * not even the bottom of my feet * and can't really know what it's like to walk in your shoes.

But, I do know DJ. He, Mick and LAD are the only 3 people I actually have a real world relationship with, outside of these sports forums.

Well, unless you count @Heatles84 . But, what we do might be better defined as a business transaction, or when I get carried away, as a crime....lol
