Are there any banks that have access here in the US that would also have a physical presence internationally? Like if you ran into an issue, and needed assistance or to withdraw cash without a physical ATM card?

Well, I kept my passport and some cash in a locked bag. Wallet and phone with me. Stupidly all my cards in wallet.
