I think he may lose his team real fast. I'm sure he's already lost the fans.

He loves to talk a big game and then his teams come out leading the league in penalties and the defense unprepared.

If they don't win against the Chargers Thursday, he's going to get killed for the trade as well.

they have to hire a new DC, that's for sure..

but Hue's a great offenisve mind and playcaller

That's weak. Every QB relies on their defense to be able to get them the ball back when a drive stalls, no matter the score. The Raiders gave the Broncos the ball back with 3:55 to go. The defense allowed them to march 85 yards for a TD.

Not sure where you saw Carson had a chance to put them away. There's no "putting away" when the other team leads in TOP, runs for 300 yards on the ground, and scores a ST TD.

He had a chance to win the game when they got possession after Denver's field goal to bring the score to 24-17 Raiders....a touchdown drive at that point would have put a stranglehold on the game....instead he threw a pick, and Denver scored the tying touchdown.....the Raiders appear to have stolen our karma, and I'm glad they have it......

You're way too nice. You're old enough to know this, though. Hopefully, this hasn't carried over to real life.

There's no reason to try and reason with obvious idiots.

eh, that was a defensive and ST implosion by Oakland. I'm not sure it's fair to hang that all on a QB they brought in off the couch a week ago for one bad throw in the 3rd quarter...

He's not a Bengal anymore, so I really don't have to worry about defending him...

but I'll put it to you this way. if that the Bengals give up 300 yds on the ground and 38 pts on the scoreboard the loss won't be entirely on Dalton..

Palmer takes part of the blame, but I was shocked.. I was expecting 10/21 for 100 yds.. He looked pretty damn good most of the game I caught. when McFadden and Heyward-Bey come back that offense could be one of the most explosive in the leauge

Agree to an extent, but think back to recent Bengals history, and implosions like this pop up from time to time....no it's not all on Palmer, but now that he's gone from here we seem to have stopped imploding, and instead we make plays to win in crunch time week after week, while the Raiders are going the other direction......it simply has to be a factor.....

Just curious, so are we going to start blaming Dalton for never getting more than a 1 TD lead on a team in the middle of the game? That's pretty ridiculous.

At the point of that interception, Denver had the ball at their own 40 yard line. It's not Carson's fault the defense gave up 1 run on that series for 60 yards and the TD.

He's bright enough not to know to make an ass of himself with a game he did not watch.

You MIGHT learn one day, but I doubt it.

When you and Carson make love are you on the top or bottom?

yea, that might turn out to be the case. what I saw today I wouldn't be shocked if he has a Kurt Warner-like renaissance in Oakland... I expected the guy to suck, but he threw some of the best passes I've seen in a long time

Defense.

In 2009 those implosions didn't exist. The defense was very good.
In 2010 those implosions existed because the defense was horrendous.
In 2011 those implosions again don't exist because the defense is the best it's been in a LONG time.

I wouldn't hold the Patriots imploding the last 2 weeks on Brady or the offense, but on the defense.

You can look at just about any team in the league with any QB. When they have "implosions", it's usually due to ST and/or defense, not the offense.

The Ravens playcalling with 1st and goal from the 1 was embarrassing.

You can blame it on defense and be partially right....think Brady or Rodgers won't put the game away, or won't come back, given the opportunity? We always wanted to compare Palmer to those guys, when realistically he was never in that league, and never will be......I'm telling you bottom line that Palmer is too easily defeated.....

I have no idea who to root for.

I think I want the Steelers to win, but I'm really not sure....just to keep them even with each other on the season.....I could easily be wrong....
