2019 Offseason Thread

Warner had one of the most unusual paths to the HOF. I think this is kinda funny. However many years ago it was Warner lost his job to a snot-nosed rookie named Eli. Now Eli's lost his job to a snot-nosed rookie.

Not 100% sure, but pretty sure a few teams had him in camps and released him. Browns, of course, passed on him in expansion draft.

Not sure of timeline, but played for Iowa Barnstormers I think in some league as well as being a stock boy at some time in there.

His story has to be a movie, right?

The Iowa Barnstormers were an Arena League team. If memory serves, he basically had 2 jobs. He's played for the Barnstormers and was a stock boy in the off-season.

Agree. Gotta at least be a made for tv movie.

Why was he banned?

Here's all I'm going to say:

When a poster is banned from the site, it is never for 1 single comment, they always get multiple warnings and it is never done by 1 moderator acting on their own. There are, I believe, only 3 moderators who actually have the power to ban someone from the site.

Any moderator can ban a poster from threads on the board they moderate, but not all moderators can ban someone from the site.

The reason for this is to prevent the very "power trip" that dt thinks I'm on.

Don't know why you're being so cryptic, if he was harassing you or other posters with private messages or something, why not just say so?

In any case, whatever. Dude was an asshole but entertaining. Very insecure and trollish though, which is why he probably was bitching at you and others and got banned I'm guessing
