Craig Rich, 33, of 840 Waverly St., Framingham, Massachusetts, pleaded guilty in Belknap Superior Court to charges of possession of the psychedelic drug psilocin, possession of methamphetamine and possession of cocaine.

Judge James D. O’Neill III sentenced Rich to 1½ to three years on the psilocin charge and ordered that he complete the FOCUS program for inmates with addictions or dual mental health and substance abuse disorders. On the methamphetamine charge, O’Neill sentenced Rich to 1½ to three years to be served concurrently with the psilocin charge. On a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana, O’Neill sentenced the defendant to 12 months, also to run concurrently with the prison sentence. In addition, the judge sentenced Rich to a 3½- to seven-year prison term for possession of cocaine, with all the time suspended on condition of seven years' good behavior, beginning with his release from prison.

As part of the plea agreement, the Belknap County Attorney’s Office decided not to prosecute charges of possession of marijuana, possession of hashish oil with intent to distribute, possession of psilocin with intent to distribute, possession of alprazolam, and possession of ecstasy.

he got very lucky. they wanted to give him 14 years. (my ex told me this, she came back to me after he went away. i got wise to her and ended it tho). she went to his sentencing. told me all about it.

Good question. If Chung was not alone at the time of the bust (minimal info available) he will play the "it wasn't mine card" and likely walk. Doesn't mean Goodell won't drop the hammer anyways seeing as he's such a huge Patriot's fan and all

yeah, it was pretty ugly. he called her from prison and told her he tested positive for HIV on a blood test. she called me of course. took her to CVS for the home test, then 2 dr visits for her. me too, to be safe. we both came out ok.

its funny. he would call her from prison, and she would take his calls next to me, naked. i gave her an ultimatum...me (basically her daughters 'father') or you can wait for him. she said she would wait for him. so i ended it for good in january (she still wanted to have her cake and eat it too).

yeah. ive been thru the rigors. my exposure was very limited lets say. i fucked her ass with a condom. i knew this guy was fishy, just from what i read and his pics, so i didnt trust her.

my dr said im clear.

I'm guessing there were other people/charges involved here.

Since he's charged with a felony, even if he "pleads down", there's almost certainly jail time.

Of course he can plead not guilty and take his chances in court. That might allow him to drag this out until after the season.

Assuming he's not "entirely innocent", the NFL will suspend him as well. To maintain some level of consistency, they'd have to suspend him for longer than people get for basic pot infractions.
