Cutler was Cutler... but man... he could let it fly. I'll never forget this throw. Down by 3 with 20 seconds left on their own 15 vs Seattle. Throws a frozen rope halfway across the field (in December at Soldier Field) to hit Marshall between the numbers, in what had to be a near impossible window given the coverage and how far he was away from him. Set-up the game tying field goal to force OT.

There were kinda of amauter competition Long toss- ny marathon or something. it would be interesting to compare these stats with avergejoe. for instance, i can throw 44, played only backyard.

The thing about raw distance, is it doesn't really account for arc or 3D geometry very well.

Now I know we don't have great tools to think about those problems, but those are real issues here.
