I am not blaming him per say.
He is not a superstar player.
He is a stat producer.
Good for the Clippers, but damn they gave up a lot. Maybe now they can win the Pacific Division?Woj bomb just went off
Followed by another Woj bomb saying OKC is trading Paul George for a "record-setting collection of draft choices"
Looks that way. I think he wanted to play in Los Angeles (that is where he was born), but didn't want to play for the Lakers. I say good luck to Leonard.I guess he didn't want to play with LeBron.
Good point, but IMO OKC made out good for the future.LOLWTF
I just woke up and Kawhi is a Clipper (not a shocker) but Paul George is with him? (WHAT THE FUCK). League is crazy, man. Guess I see why there was the delay in the supposed Kawhi announcement yesterday; they needed more time to complete the deal.
Also, I haven't read the entire thread so the answer is probably there but can someone explain this tweet to me?
Why exactly was OKC left with "no choice"? George was under contract. He wasn't going anywhere. They could have said "tough shit" and that was the end of it, right?
I don't think his problem was ever Lebron... Clatch/Lebron yes! That's everybody's problem in the league...I guess he didn't want to play with LeBron.

What a stupid comment. AD (who's 1 of the 5 best in the league) already signed w/ the Lakers.
Yes I was thinking the same thing.Going to be really interesting to see what this does to Westbrook.

Again, making my argument. There are many teams for many reason that would trade for Russ. You listed the Knicks and Heat..it doesn't really matter if it's because they are desperate or not. That's the whole pointRuss does not have PG’s value for the reasons listed.
Some team desperate to sell tickets might want to deal for him (Knicks, Heat)
But they won’t give up anything close to the haul OKC got for PG because the Thunder don’t have leverage here and Russ’ value has dropped significantly.
He is a ball hogging, inefficient point guard who puts up numbers and competes, but he doesn’t win in the playoffs because he is inefficient.
He got traded to the 1 team he wanted to play for. So to say "nobody" wants to play w/ LeBron is incorrect.
