Just FYI I searched Mangler post history and while he as a total of 2 post that could be considered anti Eagle or actually anti Philly the city they aren't a indictment of him as a Eagle hater in the least, actually pretty mild. Its like any other NE City. Has its straight up disgusting downtrodden (sp?) areas and others that are just absolutely gorgeous. Go to NW Philly and see the old stone mansions surrounded by Valley Green. Very very beautiful area. Go to N. Philly around Temple and get shot in the ass.
