Dude.

You are way wrong. Everyone knows you are wrong except you.

Are you going to again deny calling me a troll?

Telling someone they are wrong is not trolling. Especially when they are actually wrong. Sorry to burst your bubble, but everything you think you know about the NBA is incorrect.

Like I said earlier, just be quiet and enjoy your squad's playoff run.

shut the f up, tro...um, coach...:dhd:

A team can do both... but if they add a player under out of free agency, they add (lots of) salary to they cap space...

So again, in your infinite wisdom,

Please enlighten as as to why the Thunder couldn't trade Paul George to the Lakers for say, the 4th pick of the draft and Brandon Ingram?

The Lakers have enough cap space to sign a max free agent, or trade for one without matching salary if they so desire.

You have had multiple people tell you why you're wrong and you push on with this.

So I can only assume you're fucking with us.

No... never! I've explained all you asked... what isn't clear to you?

Last thing I enjoy is when trolls are gathered together and ruin all valuable conversations...
Ah, too bad you'll be leaving us then

Well I hate to break it you but you are painfully wrong.

I absolutely guarantee Paul George will not be dealt to Milwaukee for JR Smith and George Hill. It will not happen.

This should be an interesting response

I'm not answering him anymore, so here it is to you... Before the Lakers can do that, they would had to have 12 players in their roster and George being the 13th, however, if they do add the contracts so that they have 12, then adding PG would get them over the cap and therefore it would have to be under the 125% rule...

you can't have less than 13 contracts signed in an NBA team and say "Hey, I'm below the cap".

Well,

Good thing the Lakers would still have about $18 million under the cap after such a deal to fill out the rest of their roster.

It would probably help you to just forget the 125 rule exists

Quite simply

"teams over the cap can acquire no more than 125 percent plus $100,000 of the salaries they trade away. A team can receive up to $3 million cash in any trade."

That's it man. That's all it means

not...saying...a word...

I really pissed him off.

Maybe he is finally starting to comprehend that he is wrong? Might even be a little embarrassment setting in with just how cocky he was with all his BS.

That is probably asking for way too much though.

Like I said the NBA cap stuff can be complicated and I certainly don't know the luxury bill stuff well.

I wish I was a Bucks fan if it helps any
