Meant C+ it was early.

But I feel there were positions of need not addresses. I think where we picked up a RB we could have grabbed a TE, I don't like the Stidham pick at all, I feel we should have grabbed an extra WR and we should have grabbed a DT earlier. And I am not so hyped for the O Line grabs.

Fair enough.
But when has BB ever followed rationale?
I like this better than most his drafts.
As much as I wanted one of the three top TEs, I'm ok without them. BB has six on the roster he must figure one or two of them can do the job?
I didn't see them taking a RB that early but I think Harris is going to compliment Sony greatly. I still think something was wrong with White at the end of the season? Harris is nice insurance.
Yeah another WR would've been nice but with Harry, JE 11, DT, Dorsett and Barrios I feel ok. Finding another FA WR #4 isn't that difficult.
Winovich I think will be our next Bruschi, Vrabel type. A player we all love. Cowart will be a project. Plus we picked up Bennet.
BB has a handful of big bodies on the roster as well. He has a plan considering he's taking over the D.
Ha any OL selected while Scar is around I'm fine with.

Yeah overall I in a good place.

Exactly! We need a player like that again. The heart of the defense.

I really like the Harris pick too. We have a hard nosed, no nonsense runner who will get us the short/tough yards and is an excellent pass protector. Can’t depend on any other RB we have. They all have had injuries. And he’s never fumbled.(No!! I didn’t curse/jinx him)

Bryon Cowart could be interesting. Was the #1 rated high school recruit in 2015. Obviously hasn’t lived up to the hype. Hopefully a late bloomer.
Couldn't crack the starting lineup at Auburn and I don't see him doing it in the NFL.

You guys wasted a pick on Stidham as he is terrible under pressure and becomes a turnover machine.

Being an Auburn fan, I’m very positive you know more about Stidham than most. But 11 interceptions in 2 years with over 730 attempts doesn’t seem like a “turnover machine” to me.

Watch how many times he fumbles in the red zone in critical situations. He doesn't put the game on his shoulders and win it for you and many times does the opposite.

Half way through this season I was hoping they would pull the red shirt off Joey Gatewood and just get him ready for this year.

Stidham was directly responsible for the LSU and Tennessee losses.

Wish the best for the kid but don't want him under center for my team.

Maybe the coaching sucked.

He'll get a chance to learn under the best ever. If he can't do it, he'll be bagging at Food Lion or Publix.

I was reading that Auburn had the worst O-line in the SEC. Couldn’t help the run game or pass protection. Yes, even if he’s sacked he still needs to hold onto the ball. Saw videos of his fumbles. Inexcusable.

Yep he just received the Golden ticket. Up to him what he does with it now?

Yep. Just like the wasted pick in 2000 in the 6th Round when they picked up that skinny, slow assed QB named Brady.

Also remember we have Wynn, Bentley and Dawson from last year coming back. Like adding 3 additional pick ups to our draft!

Going to have to update that roster. I didn't see Christian Sam on there either. Remember, 9 of the 10 rookies from 2018 were on the IR for nearly the entire season so 2019 will be a huge rookie class on the field.

Difference is Brady had the deserved rep of being a come from behind QB. His passion was evident. I don't see that in Stidham, as I said I live in SEC country and have seen quite a lot of him and I am not impressed with him. I think he does poorly under pressure, does not make great decisions and I don't feel he reads Ds well. I don't like the pick, but lord knows I have been wrong in the past.

All coachable and he'll have the GOAT to learn from. Kid still has one of the best arms of this class. Sure I would've liked others but at what cost?
Give the kid a try.

OBTW Brady couldn't hold down the starting job at Mich.

Brady couldn't hold down the starting job at Michigan because of biased coaching. But every time those starters failed it was Brady they turned to to bail them out. And that is exactly why he was selected.

As for giving the kid a try. What choice do we have? I am simply pointing out weaknesses I saw at Aubrun that are concerns.

Get defensive all you want but I’m telling you this from someone that watched every college game he played including the ones at Baylor.

He turns the ball over too much. Can’t be relied on to take the game on his shoulders and win it for you. And he has a terrible time hitting the deep ball.

Now underneath, crossing patterns and screens he is extremely accurate but he will overthrow a guy wide open 40 yards down the field 7 out of 10 throws.

He's still a better option the Etling at the moment. Part of what happened last year at Auburn was they changed their offensive scheme and got away from a Pro Style offense. As much as I currently hold skepticism for the pick Stidham does do better in the Pro Style offense. And the Pats don't throw to many balls past 40 yards anyway. I am leery at the moment, but lets see what he looks like in two years. They may well have been drafted because they feel he has a lot of upside.
