Say the top 3 was PHX, NY then CLE...would NY go Barrett over Morant? They could, they have 3 PG's. Which would be a blessing in disguise.
2% chance for the #1 pick is really not that bad--- im being serious..... i mean, its not great odds, but that certainly means you have a chance.pre-lottery draft order
1. New York Knicks - 52.1% chance at top-four pick; 14.0% for No. 1 pick

Lottery ties to be broken Friday via drawing
Non-lottery picks continue to change as the playoffs progress
Zion to NY is almost inevitable at this point. Knicks win the lotto
My top 5 would be:
1. Morant(I know I'm in the minority here, but I think he grades out better)
2. Zion
3. RJ Barrett
4. Brandon Clarke
5. De'Andre Hunter
Reddish has really slipped IMO. I'd take Culver over him(despite Culver struggling in the F4).
Some late first/early second projected sleepers I like: Eric Paschall, Admiral Schofield, Cam Johnson and Terrance Mann.
Which everyone will expect, the NBA will have to explain how the system is not rigged and how it works.
It isn't crazy imo to have Morant at one considering how PG's dominate this leave. Morant reminds me of Westbrook with his athleticism and passing skills.
I would put RJ lower and I know I am in the big minority here. If the Cavs got him I hope I am way off on that prediction.
Morant is a better shooter too IMO. I'm not in love with RJ, but the one thing I think he'll be able to do is create his own shot. That'll go a long way for him and his teammates. That's why I am weary of Reddish, can he consistently create for himself and others? That's why I have Culver ahead because i think he can.
Lakers get the #1 pick...take Zion, trade LeBron to the Knicks for the Knicks pick....
PG: Ball
SG: Barrett
SF: Ingram
Pf: Zion
C: Kuzma
??? no? lol? super young team?
or trade Zion for Davis........and then trade Ingram and Kuzma and a first rounder for Beal....and have Davis, Beal and LeBron...?

The second option seems more reasonable. You gotta think if they were to somehow get that #1 pick it would be on it's way to N.O. for Davis. They would haven't to give up a whole lot more imo. Then you could use the rest of their young players and picks to work a Beal deal.
Lebron, AD and Beal is a match made in heaven imo. IF KD were to leave, that could defeat Steph, Klay and Dray...just have to get some pieces around them.
Beal trade is only needed if all options this summer fall through. That remains to be seen...
I hope so too...could mean the difference between quick rebuild and NBA Purgatory for a while.I just hope the Cavs somehow get into the Top 3......that way you get a franchise building block
if they dont it wont be the end of the world- but Culver, Reddish, Hunter just arent as good of prospects as the top 3....
there are people that have Morant 1st from what I have seen because they value skills more than athleticism------- and its not a crazy argument. My top 5 would be:
1. Morant(I know I'm in the minority here, but I think he grades out better)
2. Zion

You can believe it's not rigged by asking yourself if you really believe Mark Cuban and Dan Gilbert would just say, "sure...give NY the top pick and hell, let LA have #2"?Which everyone will expect, the NBA will have to explain how the system is not rigged and how it works.
