Riley took over a top teir ready made program where he was already the OC so it's not like he had to install a complete new system. Smart took over a program that had top 10 rated recruiting classes year after year in a down and out SEC East. Petersen took over a wreck of a program with less than two months before signing day after Sark left Seattle in the middle of the night to take over at USC. Petersen has put more 2 & 3* recruits in the NFL than any other active college football coach.
