I must have missed something, because in the OP he is not listed.

Probably because TCU didn't go to a bowl game a few years back when they had a losing season.

Let's be honest though. Not all bowl games nor records are equal. And even more importantly, what matters is what happens when you get there. We know who's the most impressive.

Peterson is 6-7 or 6-8 in the post season, depending on if we count 2013 (I do, since it was entirely his team and he led them through the regular season). He has one big time bowl win, in his first season. He has beaten Oklahoma, TCU, Utah, Arizona State, Washington, and Southern Miss. Not a murderer's row there outside of the first one. He has lost to East Carolina, TCU x 2, Oregon State, Oklahoma State, Alabama, Penn State, and Ohio State. Basically, since joining a real conference, he's 1-4 (beating Southern Miss in the "Heart of Dallas" Bowl). I'll take a dozen coaches' results over that. They might have had some down years turning their programs around, but field contenders and play for real bowls.

The Dabmeister is 9-4 or 9-5 in the post-season, depending on if we count 2008 (when he was an interim coach who took over toward the end, I will for ease). He has 2 natties and 7 big time bowl wins. He has beaten Kentucky, LSU, Ohio State x 2, Oklahoma x 2, Alabama x 2, and Notre Dame. He's lost to Nebraska, USF, WV, and Bama x 2. Pretty beast.

Unlike Dabo, Petersen doesn't pump his players full of roids.

Not roids, but judging by the Huskies' postseason performance over the last 5 years, maybe he should?

AG - I lived in Anchorage for 9 years. Not once do I recall any Alaska team beating a lower 48 team let alone a state champion. Basketball different story. But football not even close.

I lived in Anchorage for 12 years and I remember Chugiak beating Nevada's 3A state champion, I remember Service taking the state champion of Hawaii into OT and I remember another Service squad mopping the floor with then 4th ranked 4A Kentridge of Washington state @ Kentridge.

Just looked up Service in Max Preps. They tied the Hawaiian team, then lost handily to them the following year. They were 0-3-1 against lower 48 schools since 2004, that's all Max Preps went back to.

It was around '94 or '95 when Service went down to Seattle and whooped on Kentridge. Service had some great teams from about the mid 80's to the early 90's. Chugiak along with East where the other two power houses in the 80's.

'82 - '96 with one of those years '84 - '85 1/2 down in Washington state then I went back down to Washington state after that for five years working out of the Seattle iron workers local when the work in Alaska was down big time.

Found it. It was 1999 Service beat them 41-6. However Kentridge was 5-5 that year

They were still ranked 4th when Service gave them a beatdown. A lot of people don't realize how short football season is up here and for an Alaska school to go down south and win is a biggy imo.
