No More "Bullpen Failure" - maybe
Let's get this season underway.
Seems like a good way to start. Beat their best.We get to face both Hamels and Darvish.

All is quite on the Ranger's front.![]()
That was in the heat. Not saying he will pitch well tomorrow but there is a difference for him pitching here in the summer and pitching just about anywhere else. We’ve seen other lineups mash them all over the field first hand and Lester had a terrible spring.
Winning the first series of the year is possible!
I seem to recall Cole never being particularly dominant at home while he was a ranger.
Overall, he hasn't pitched as well against AL clubs as he has against the NL.We’ve seen other lineups mash them all over the field first hand and Lester had a terrible spring.

Name a pitcher who hasn't had a bad game. But you are right when he said he doesn't pitch well at home at least not Arlington. His home ERA was much higher while with the Rangers than on the road. But I also believe the difference to pitching in an oven in Arlington and pitching in Chicago at the end of the year had something to do with his performance being better. Not a great excuse.
I saw him pitch at safeco in 70 degree weather and he was horrible.
It seems we are going to have a platoon at DH.
