That's the second time in the past two games that an opponent has hit a shot from half court or further.

Might as well install a 4-point line at the AT&T Center.

??? I'm saying the Spurs are playing like shit. I know the Heat have been playing well but so have the Spurs. They're playing like they don't know the Heat have been playing well even though that's not the case. They're being outplayed.

I don't know why you're offended.

It's not always about taking teams lightly. Sometimes it is simply about being outplayed. That's all

@WiggyRuss @tlance....

Is it possible that Jerome Robinson can evolve into a poor man's CJ McCollum or is he every bit the extreme reach of a pick that he appears to be?

Ffs....I would take Calbert Chaney lite at this point over what he appears to be.

DeMar had a right to be mad. I'd usually be angry about that tech but that should've been a foul call.

Gotta feel for Orlando.

Probably looked at the Heat schedule and saw a 4 game road trip including games against OKC, SAS, and Milwaukee.

Bet you they thought they would be even with Miami in losses by now.

Big win for Miami tonight..

Snowpack is at 156% of normal.
I need to go up to Mammoth and audit some companies now, and have been putting it off because of the weather. I hate putting on chains up there. The snow summit in Mammoth and June Lakes are doing great with the skiers

From what was said out here by a local Lakers "insider", she never seriously considered it and no calls were made.

She was pissed that the AD trade request was made public and knew it came from Rich Paul and Lebron. Jeanie is trying to run the Lakers like her Dad did.
Dr. Buss never wanted any moves, whether they be trades, contract negotiations, etc. made public until it was already done. That's part of why Shaq was moved quickly. Once he went public with his "You gonna pay me now", his days as a Laker were numbered.

So, when the AD thing went public, that made her mad and she briefly considered trading Lebron because of it. But nothing was ever actually explored.

I am hoping that after the season, she gets everyone together, lays down the law, puts a stop to the bullshit and gets everyone back on the same page. Pretty sure that's what Dr. Buss would have done.
Actually what happened per Lakersnation.com - Jeanie Bus considered trading LeBron because of the agent Rich Paul who then called her up to iron things out which they did, but yes - Jeanie was going to trade Lebron's ass for that one - She didn't like it at all

Personally I thought signing LeBron was not a good move for basketball reasons. I would have chosen to keep Julius Randle and I think I would have bitten the bullet on the Mozgov and Deng contracts and waited them out - then in the three years - Julius Randle, D'angelo Russell, Ingram and Zuba and Ball would be players we would know what they could do. I think Magic Johnson was in too much of a hurry

For marketing and business, however signing LeBron was the right decisions which will lead to sold out games in every arena when he plays.

Do you really think she seriously considered trading Lebron? I'm sure she thought about it but there really is no way that the Lakers could do that without consigning themselves to irrelevance for 3-4 seasons.

I do think that Jeannie wants to run the team like her Dad and she may regret bringing Lebron in right now, or maybe not. But the Lakers are pot committed to Lebron. The next 3 years will ride on what he can bring along with the players they get.

I completely disagree. Trading Lebron now would make the Lakers look like an incompetent franchise. If they did they would have no choice but to fire Pelinka and Magic.

Colin Sexton is no fucking joke. Another 25 points tonight.

Last 7 games:

27 pts
28 pts
26 pts
23 pts
28 pts
27 pts
25 pts

50% from 3 (28 of 56), 57% from the field (69/121) and Cavs have wins against 3 playoff teams- Toronto, Milwaukee, Detroit.

No I don't think she seriously considered it. I don't think she's that dumb. Then again, she was the driving force behind maxing out mid 30s Kobe Bryant coming off an Achilles tear when no other team was ever gonna come close to offering him that kind of cash and a couple of weeks ago tried to say all the talk of trading the young Lakers for Anthony Davis was "fake news" so maybe she is that dumb. :noidea:
