More importantly, they now have cap space to sign a free agent this Summer.

They overpaid for Barnes.

We all know he isn't a max player.

It cracks me up about how we overvalue college kids. We pick their upside and just assume they get there. If Zion turned into Larry Johnson with more hops that's awesome...but Davis is already Davis. It's not potential. It's actual.

I remember we were saying the same things about Fultz, his ceiling, his upside, etc. Ingram was gonna be the next KD. Etc.
