Would definitely be easier to tank for Zion without Anthony Davis on your team.![]()
They have too many wins to tank for Zion lol.
Cavs, Bulls, Suns, and Knicks likely all finish with fewer than 25 wins

They'd give up anybody not named LeBron James to get AD.....
If you think.....they'd let the trade fall through because of Kuzma......you're a fool.
There been several reports that the Lakers are not willing to give up all 3 together....as recently as Friday but what do I know lmao

KCP, Ingram, Kuzma, Zubac, 1st for Davis and filler
This link confirms what I just said....thanks
They'd also have to include picks and maybe another player.....or get a 3rd team involved.I think the Lakers trade Lonzo, Ingram and Kuzma for AD the moment the deal is offered. IMO, that wouldn't get them AD.
It's hard to know what the Pelicans are ultimately going to look for but, IMO, they are either going to want high value lottery picks or players that could be viewed as star players.
The Lakers player are all still more about potential than reality. They could still become stars but unless the Pelicans see something in one of them that most don't, those guys aren't going to be the best haul they could hope for.

I wouldn't say that Ball or Ingram are busts but their trade value has definitely declined.

Right....there is no doubt Boston could put a better package together if they wanted. Include Tatum and LA can't match it, could they?I'm pretty sure there are quite a few teams who can put together a better package than the Lakers if they're willing to accept the fact that AD may not resign in 2 years.
Let's quit acting like the Lakers got some great package lined up.
Ball and Ingram are currently looking like busts for where they were drafted.
I get they cannot move Kyrie, but why can't the Cs trade for him now if they want? The Celtics can't trade for him until the offseason, so who has a better offer than the Lakers right now? Why didn't Davis say this in the offseason? He wants to move this season. Right now.

Agree first comment has merit......Cavs would have been much better off had Kyrie demanded his trade BEFORE draft and FA that year. You have a point, but he could always devalue himself by demanding a specific team in the offseason. Who knows, maybe he's doing the Pels a solid right now? As funny as that sounds for a franchise player demanding a trade.
Their value may have declined a bit, but not to the point of being called busts imo. On the other hand, Zubac may have emerged as an asset, Kuz's value has probably gone up, Hart hasn't been playing well but he's held his own against guys like Westbrook this season. You could argue that the overall value of Laker assets has gone up.
post 3 only explains they could not move Kyrie....doesn't mean they could not trade for AD. And I doubt NO would even want Kyrie now with no assurance he'd stay.Post #3 in this thread explains it kinda
