Transfer Portal...it sounds like something out of a sci-fi film!![]()
Still early to measure but the Miami list was interesting and a decent strategy by Diaz.

It’s the buzz phrase of the offseason. This season it was “distributor”. Last season it was “RPO”.
Why when I hear transfer portal do I think of Scenerio Village?

Bolden, Tate, and Martin were all top 100 recruits in their respective classes. Given how disappointing they've been for the last 10-15 years, getting this sort of talent influx is a big deal.I don't get the high rankings for the Miami transfers. One of them was a starter for Butler - an FCS team that doesn't award scholarships; another was a guy with drug problems; and some of the others were from lesser programs like Ohio U. They may have reeled in a lot of guys, but how good are they, really?
Wasn’t he a true freshman two years ago?
