i haven't heard anywhere in particular. Some kids will do this just to see where/if any interest is.

Looks like Grinch has a two-deep system. If you don't make the two-deep, you aren't practicing well enough, aren't giving enough effort, or are physically outmatched by your teammates at the position. You won't play short of an injury happening to someone in front of you. Some kids don't want to develop, they want to play.

Best of luck to him. If he isn't making it here and isn't willing to wait, I have no problem. Until Grinch fails, I'll have faith.
