didn't load, but even if you want to argue tipped, the guy that should have thrown the flag wouldn't have cared or even seen the tip. His job is to throw the flag and then pick it up if it is determined that the ball was tipped.
According to the rules if the ball is tipped it negates pass interference

I know... what I'm saying is that the tip would cause the flag to be picked up. There was no tip called so how would that side judge know not to throw the flag?

An interesting take:While I think they were screwed by the non-call they still had a chance to win. Blaming the ref can only go so far. They had the lead with less than 2 minutes left and they got the ball first in OT.
